Instant Recall allows users to replay their previous calls from their Microsoft® Windows® desktop. Audiolog Instant Recall has a feature called “Recall Period”. This feature lets the system administrator decide how far back in time the Audiolog Instant Recall client will be able to retrieve recordings. Recall periods of up to 24 hours are possible. To use Instant Recall, an agent must have valid a Audiolog User ID with playback permission for their own Agent Name and all channels.
