Reports

Call Audit Report – This report provides a listing of what recordings have been playedback, who played them and when. The report can be organized by agent, Audiolog user, or channel.

Detailed Call Report – A text-based report that provides a listing of each recording made during the selected date and time period for the selected channels or agents. The report summarizes the average duration and total duration for the selectedchannels or agents.

Hourly Breakdown Report – A graphical report that summarizes the number of calls per hour for each channel or agent during the selected date and time period.

Talk Time Report – A graphical report that displays the number of recordings whose length falls within a pre-defined period. The periods are: recordings less than 4 seconds long, recordings between 4 and 14 seconds long, between 15 and 59 seconds long, between 1 minute and 2 minutes long, between 2 and 5 minutes long, between 5 and 10 minutes long, between 10 and 30 Minutes long, and recordings longer than 30 minutes.
